Viewing: If essential, strictly by appointment on Tuesday 19th January from 10.00 am to 3.30 pm. Anyone attending the site for viewing must heed all advice issued by the Government so far in relation to Covid-19 and maintain social distancing. Masks are essential at all times on site. For those who feel vulnerable and wish not to attend viewing we will endeavour to provide condition reports as far as we are able to do so. The deadline for this will be 4pm on Monday 18th January and your enquiry will be dealt with on Tuesday 19th January.

For those who cannot register to bid online or do not have the hardware to do so we are happy to exercise commission bids on your behalf.
Sign ups for this auction are provisional and subject to the approval of the auctioneer who will notify bidders by email. A £500 deposit will be taken from all bidders on registering for this auction at bid.tsauction.co.uk
This can be paid by credit or debit card, however, we do not accept credit cards to settle the balance of an invoice.
Deposits from unsuccessful bidders will be refunded in full the day following the auction. It can take several working days for your bank to affect a refund.
(The auctioneers will not be held responsible for any deficit in deposit refunds as a result of exchange rate fluctuations.)
Deposit will be retained by the Auctioneer should any purchaser default on payment.
There will be buyers’ premium of 5.5% (+VAT) added to the hammer price of all lots
VAT will be added to the hammer price of all lots denoted with a ‘v’ in the catalogue. Not all lots carry VAT
The closing time of each batch of 3 lots will be staggered by 1 minute. If a bid is made on any lot during the final five minutes the bidding time on that lot will automatically be extended for a further five minutes.
Invoices will be emailed to successful purchasers on closure of the sale.
Payment must be made by bank transfer. No payments can be made in person.
Removal of goods: All lots remain at the risk of the purchaser from the fall of the hammer and should be paid for immediately.
Collection strictly by appointment only Thursday 21st & Friday 22nd January 2021. All lots must be collected by Friday22nd January 2021 without fail. A telehandler will be available to assist loadout on each site
DESCRIPTIONS: All lots have been described from information supplied. The majority of lots in this auction have been used up to date, however, standard auction terms & conditions are relevant. No liability whatsoever is undertaken in respect of faults, deficiencies and errors of description either oral or printed. There are some unused tools and also some lots that will be only suitable for spares. ALL LOTS ARE SOLD AS SEEN WITHOUT WARRANTY and are available for inspection prior to sale (refer to Viewing), therefore all lots are sold on the understanding that they may be suitable for spares or repair only without any warranty. We strongly recommend that you view before bidding. Please note that bidding at auction constitutes an irrevocable and binding agreement to purchase. We recommend that you carefully examine any items you intend to bid on as refunds will not be given for Buyer’s Remorse.
EU CONFORMITY – Purchasers must satisfy themselves as to the suitability of equipment for export markets and the auctioneers accept no liability in any respect whatsoever. Certificates of Conformity are not supplied with equipment but in most cases will be available from the manufacturer. It shall be the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure safe use of any lots purchased and comply with all relevant legislation regarding safe use of such lots.
OVERSEAS PURCHASERS - We will do our utmost to assist with the new post Brexit export regulations. We are aware that the new requirement for customs declarations when purchasing goods from the our UK sales and exporting to the EU will increase the complication from buying from our sales All export buyers must contact us prior to purchasing to clarify what extra information you will require. We will provide our EORI number on all invoices and can arrange customs declarations at cost. We are signed up with Customs Clearance Agents who will assist us with relevant declarations to enable equiment to leave England. The purchaser is responsible for all transportation from there onwards.
You should ensure that the country of destination has no import or currency restrictions on the goods they wish to purchase. Our normal terms of business otherwise apply and payment is due in full on the day of sale. Please note all new overseas purchasers will be required to pay a VAT deposit.

This will only be refunded on receipt of valid proof of exportation (bill of lading) in compliance with H. M.
